Turpal is a Smart Destination Service solution, bringing technology to increase traveler's satisfaction at the destination, reduce operation cost for DMC's and increase revenue for OTA by facilitating the communication between travelers, operation, and (offline/ online) Travel agents.

The arising concern of communication between travelers and land operation is always the biggest concern among travel industries. If the demand is increasing, the operation cost goes up, and maintaining quality service is a challenge. To address this, the prototype started at the end of the year 2018. After a year of implementation, Turpal helps to reduce the operation cost by 50% and increase client satisfaction by 100%.

Turpal is the solution as an aggregator between OTA, the Operation Team, and a companion to the passenger. It is an AI-based engine, which has 3 angles that allow 3-way customized communication.

This means that OTA can communicate directly with the Operation Team from meet & greet at the airport, transfer to the hotel, to live assistance during the journey. The upgrading of communication between all parties can ensure more customer satisfaction and create ongoing revenue for every additional excursion or activity sold.

On the other hand, Passengers can also choose system-recommended activities based on their desires instead of the operator’s choice.
